The Moorings @ Devon offers out-of-hours mental health support to anyone aged 16+ in the Devon area, from three locations in Barnstaple, Exeter, and Torquay and are continuing to offer continue mental health support despite the current COVID-19 restrictions.
The Moorings is run by Mental Health Matters and offers a non-clinical talking and signposting service that provides a safe space for people aged 16+ to discuss their mental health. This support is available via video call, telephone or email. Bookings are also being taken for face-to-face appointments, by calling the relevant number below during opening hours.
