With the vaccine rollout many of us may be breathing a sigh of relief. For others, however, the pandemic still brings a great deal of stress and worry for one’s health or the health of a loved one.
The Wellness Society produced an excellent Coronavirus Anxiety Workbook and has recently partnered up with Mind to create an online course to tackle coronavirus anxiety. The course will help you build resilience during difficult times. You will explore what stress and anxiety are, as well as discovering several tools for dealing with anxiety and methods for preventing and reducing physical anxiety symptoms (i.e., autostress).
