Did you know that you can get a Covid-19 test even if you don’t have any symptoms?
From Friday 9 April, everyone in England is encouraged to take a free rapid coronavirus (COVID-19) test twice a week. Alongside vaccine rollout, regular testing is at the heart of plans to reopen society and the economy, helping to suppress and control the spread of variants.
Getting a rapid test is fast and convenient. You can either order tests to be delivered to your home or you can go to any of the community testing sites set up by Devon County Council. The Devon County Council Community Testing Service provides free, rapid lateral flow COVID-19 tests to any adult over the age of sixteen at a range of locations across Devon. From Friday 9 April you can also collect home-testing kits from the same locations for anyone over the age of eighteen.
Booking is currently not required – please check test site locations, dates and times below for the nearest service to you.
