Much of her work draws upon the ancient traditions of her ancestral lands of Wales, Ireland and the Westcountry. She believes creativity and nature connection are vital tools to access our sense of wellbeing. Humour also plays an important part in her performance and workshops.
She lives on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon with her husband, teenage daughter and Pocket, the rescue cat from Crete.
Recovery Conversations are a series of online talks and discussions with experts in the three areas that we use as lenses for our addiction recovery work – Nature Connection, Mindfulness and Creativity.
These talks are free and open to everyone, whether in recovery, or not. You might be curious about what we do, or have participated with us already, or are simply interested in the topic of today’s talk. You’re welcome to join, and we look forward to connecting.
