Splitz is an independent charity and leading provider of domestic abuse support services in southwest England. We have a key role in shaping strategy and policy through our participation in local strategy groups, domestic abuse forums and by lobbying local, regional and national government.
As a service user-led provider we work with partner agencies and the local community to research and forecast support needs, and develop and deliver a range of quality services and other solutions. Our services are developed with input from service users and others in the local community.
How to get support:
The safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff are especially important to us. We are closely monitoring government and public health organisation announcements for guidance and we want to let you know that in most cases we will continue to provide access to services although the way they are delivered has changed.
Helpdesk: This service will remain open. However, staff may be working remotely. Wherever possible please email admin.devon@splitz.org if you have any queries and to make referrals.
Devon Helpdesk: Team available 9.30 am – 4:30 pm. TEL: 0345 1551074
Face-to-Face Support: This service will stop and telephone support will be offered.
Telephone Support: This will be available, but you may speak to a different worker at a different time from originally planned.
Group Work: This will stop until further notice. The group managers will be contacting you about providing 1-1 support.
